Payment and cancellation

Payment is expected in advance, a minimum of 7 days prior to delivery of the service.


An intake form and risk waiver must be completed and signed by participants prior to engaging in Kings Narrative programs.


Kings Narrative has a 48-hr cancellation term. Full payment is still expected if you give less than 48 hours notice to cancel.


If cancellation is made prior to 48hr, there is 10% administration fee charged.

Complaints policy

Kings Narrative aims to always deliver high-quality service. Upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism while providing service provision to our clients.


If at any stage you are unsatisfied with the quality of service you have received, then you may choose to make a formal complaint.


To make a formal complaint to Kings Narrative, please email us via our website or at admin@kingsnarrative.com.au.

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of this complaint you can then lodge a further complaint through Health and Community Service Complaints Commission NT.

In addition, if you are still not satisfied with this outcome you can lodge a complaint with the Australian Counselling Association of which Tyson is a member.
